A Framework for Building a Housing Support System for Orphans: Saudi Society

This study examines the state of housing support for orphans in Saudi Arabia—a group that suffers from poor financial capacity and social deprivation. It proposes a framework enhances participation all relevant authorities system, enabling to obtain needs, stability, economic empowerment within Vision 2030. A descriptive approach was used determine role partnership programs orphans. questionnaire administered sample 41 experts, numerical data were analyzed. The results showed face several challenges when seeking support. There is lack legislation rules defining roles partner agencies providing support, coordination between concerned government sectors, no clear criteria priorities. highlights need developing an effective system orphans, starting with building strategic plan them based on three main principles: incubation environment, infrastructure, beneficiaries.
